Credit Points Guidance

A-LEADS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.

Trade name: A-LEADS HOLDINGS PTE. LTD.
Amount that can be paid: The maximum deposit amount for subscription plans is 240,000 credit points (2,000 USD) per month.
Validity period or expiry date: Credits are valid for 3 months from the date of the last purchase.
Credit Refund Policy: Credits are non-refundable and cannot be converted to other currencies.
Subscription Plans: Pay As You Go & Bundle: One-time payments with tiered discounts for larger purchases Subscription: Monthly plans offering a set number of credits with a discounted price Enterprise: Tailored plans for larger organizations, including custom plans
Credit Rates and Conversion: Each subscription plan has its own rate (total price / total credits), which can be used for converting credits for optional enhancement services including retouch with a professional team.
Bundle Package Purchase: Users can purchase additional bundle packages at their current user rate.
Payment Methods: Credit Cards via Stripe Bank Transfer for Japanese enterprise customers only
Payment Currency: USD JPY for Japanese companies only
Subscription Cancellation: Users can cancel anytime except subscriptions via bank transfer which require contacting us for cancellation. Please note purchased credit points are not refundable in any case.
Bank Transfer Subscription Payments: For bank transfer, payment requests are sent on the 1st of the next month. Payment deadline is the end of the month.
